Carline Grand Pierre is the Senior Provider for the Steadfast Living Department at Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches. Carline plays a key leadership role in strengthening geriatric psychiatric services, training providers, and ensuring consistent, high-quality care throughout partnered facilities, ensuring consistent and effective patient-centered care.
Carline grew up in New York, where her passion for caring for others began. Carline earned her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, at Nova Southeastern University, and later specialized in psychiatry due to her passion for helping others with their mental health.
Carline is known for her compassion, motivation, and professionalism. She meets people where they are, works with them and their families to ensure that they truly live their life to the fullest within the communities they call home. She is dedicated and passionate about mental health care and has a particular passion for the geriatric population. Carline specializes in psychiatric care for geriatric patients in assisted living and independent living facilities.
As the Senior Provider, Carline has helped solidify and strengthen the geriatric psychiatric department. She provides mentorship and guidance to fellow providers, fostering a culture rooted in compassion and clinical excellence. Her leadership contributes to the continued advancement of the department while ensuring that every patient receives excellent care.
Carline was inspired at a young age by her aunt, a physician who taught her to treat every patient as family. That lesson became the foundation of her professional philosophy. She was drawn to psychiatry because it allowed her to care for the whole person, not just their symptoms. Carline is passionate about building meaningful therapeutic relationships and working with families to ensure their loved ones are treated with respect, compassion, and medical expertise.
Carline’s advanced medical and psychiatric training equips her to provide thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to the complex and evolving needs of the geriatric population. She takes the time to listen and help her patients, while also being very communicative with the families of her patients.

Her work within assisted living and independent living facilities allows her to collaborate closely with staff and families to ensure coordinated, compassionate care. She is committed to honoring both who her patients have been throughout their lives and who they are today. She listens, promotes stability, and improves their overall quality of life.

She has a love for traveling and, when closer to home, appreciates spending time enjoying the beauty of Florida. These experiences allow her to return to her patients with renewed energy and focus.
